Shipping & Handling Charges:
In the U.S.A. and U.S. territories: $5.00 for the first book; $1.00 for each additional book. Institutional orders: postage charges will be added according to weight and zone. International orders: $5.50 for the first book; $2.00 for each additional book.

Books must be in print, in the current edition, and in perfect

Examination and Desk Copies:
All requests for examination copies must be submitted in
writing on departmental letterhead. Please include course title, number, approximate
enrollment and when the course will be taught. Examination copies are billed
at a 10% discount, but you may return the invoice to our distributor, CUP
Services, for a credit within 60 days with notification of an order for ten
or more copies for classroom use. A free desk copy is available upon request
with orders of ten or more copies for class use. Address requests to our editorial
